From 29 July to 1 August, the city of Bar, Vinnytsia Oblast hosted the Bar Basket tournament for boys born in 2011 and younger. The tournament was organised by the Academy “Prometey” team. In addition to our team, 5 other teams participated in the competition. 

Our young “Prometey” players became the winners of the tournament, defeating successively all their rivals: BC Vostok, Lozova (75:50), CYSS Kolos, Bar (70:58), Proskyriv, Khmelnytskyi (85:66), CYSS of Fastiv (66:66), CYSS-1 "Playmaker", Kyiv (43:33).

Young titans Artem Tomak and Illia Serdiuk were among the best players of the tournament. In addition, Artem Tomak received another individual award for winning the “Americanka” competition.

The “Barsky Basket” tournament was a good test for our team, which is currently holding a training camp in Bar. The students of the Academy born in 2010 will join it later.
