The FBU Executive Committee has made quite a few decisions at their regular meeting. An additional tournament, the Cup of Ukraine, is among them. It will be held in two stages between 01.02.2024 and 31.03.2024 using two weeks between the Superleague Favbet bubbles.

16 teams will be allowed to participate in the Cup of Ukraine, the 5 best High league teams will be added to the 11 Favbet Superleague teams based on the results of two rounds of the regular championship.

By “blind drowing lots”, 8 pairs will be formed out of 16 teams, they will play the 1/8 and 1/4 finals in four cities within two days.

After that, the 1/2 final pairs will be determined by drawing lots, out of the winners of the four bubbles; within two days, they will play the semi-final and the final games in the determined city.

So our "Prometey" will have additional motivation in the 2023/2024 season. If the young "titans", based on the results of High league two rounds, are in the top five, they will be able to compete for the Cup of Ukraine.
