The oldest team of “Prometey” basketball school (of born in 2010), which is participating in the All-Ukrainian Youth Basketball league this season, has successfully overcome the penultimate stage of the tournament and reached the Final Four.

In the group tournament, which took place in Uzhhorod, the young “Prometey” players won two games in three matches, which allowed them to enter the quartet of the country’s strongest teams in their age group. They defeated their peers from the CYSS “Ternopil” (96:63), the CYSS “Unis-16” Kyiv (95:68) and lost to the hosts of the tournament, last year’s AYBL winners – SCYSS “Uzhhorod” (78:141).

In the Final Four, “Prometey” will compete for the championship title with the teams from Dnipro, Uzhhorod and Khmelnytskyi.
