Finally, we have news from our basketball club!
Ukrainian basketball club "Prometey" was included in the list of teams participating in the 7DAYS Eurocup in the 2022/23 season. The club has received a confirmation letter today. The meeting of the ECA (Euroleague Commercial Assets) clubs shareholders took place on June 16, where the lists of teams that will take part in the next Euroleague and Eurocup draw were approved.
The Euroleague has excluded Russian clubs from participating in tournaments due to Russia's military aggression on the territory of Ukraine. Therefore, the approved composition of the Euroleague included 18 teams and the Eurocup - 20 teams

We would like to remind that in the 2021/2022 season BC Prometey represented Ukraine in the Basketball Champions League. The team successfully overcame the qualification and got into the TOP-16 teams of the tournament. However, due to the war in Ukraine, our team had to leave the competition, having a good chance of reaching the play-off.
