Another our titan, Ivan Tkachenko was operated in Riga.

A shoulder injury, which has disturbed Ivan since 2019, reminded itself in Turkey during the game against “Bursaspor”, when Ivan got injured. The situation got even worse at the Final Four in Tallinn, where he was injured again. Doctors’ minds differed. During the competition, they were strengthening muscles and thinking of a surgery necessity, waiting for the end of the season.

Nevertheless, the operation was done yesterday, everything was held according to plan. A bone implant was installed. According to doctors, forecasts are positive, rehabilitation will take up to 4 months and we all sure that Ivan will have joined the team yet before the gathering start.

Ivan, you are a great player, young, ambitious titan. With all my heart, I support you, all our team and fans are with you. We wish you a speedy recovery and go ahead to our new victories together with “Prometey”, together with entire Ukraine!
