On the second day of the BKT EuroCup Round 14, in addition to the confrontation “Paris Basketball” – BC “Prometey”, another two matches were played. Spanish “Joventut” defeated on the road “Hamburg” from Germany with a score of 96:90. The confrontation in Italian Venice between the local club and Turkish “Besiktas” happened to be quite a tough one. The winner was decided in overtime and it was “Reyer Venice” – 106:96 in its favour.

According to the results of the round, absolutely all teams kept their previous positions. With 13 wins in 14 matches, "Paris Basketball" is on the top of the tournament standings. The French club is two wins ahead of “Hapoel Tel Aviv” and three – ahead of “London Lions”.

“Joventut” has a current balance of 9-5, “Besiktas” – 8-6. As before, “Prometey” is still in 6th position (7-7) but now, our team is ahead of “Venice” and “Wolves” by two wins.

“Hamburg” (2-12) and “Cedevita-Olimpija” (0-14), as it was before, are in the lower part of the tournament standings.

“Prometey” will play the next match against one of its closest chaser. On January 17, our team is hosting “Wolves Vilnius”.
