The men’s National team of Ukraine U20 has played its first control match within preparation for the European Championship (Division B).

Ukrainian youth team opposed to the local National team of Latvia U20 in Riga. 16 players were involved to the roster of our National team including three representatives of “Prometey”: Mykhailo Bublyk brought the team 4 points, Dmytro Trykolenko – 2 points, Maksym Bezyma – 1 point+3 rebounds.

The National team of Ukraine had better percentage of two-pointers, but hit just 1 of 12 three-point shots, at the same time hitting 26 out of 41 foul shots.

Ukrainian team will continue preparation for the European Championship in Lithuanian Joniskis. Before the European Championship starts, our team has another two control matches planned.
