The Basketball Federation of Ukraine held a drawing lots for the National Cup for 16 teams that will participate in the current season.

Initially, the four hosts of the first stage of the competition, where the 1/8 and 1/4 final matches will be held, has been determined by a blind draw. Dnipro, Slobozhanske, Kyiv and Ivano-Frankivsk became the hosts. In this way, our "Prometey" became the host of the bubble in Slobozhanske.

Then, also by a blind draw, the pairs of the first stage were determined. According to the results of the draw, in the 1/8 finals, "Prometey" plays against the club "Niko-Basket" from Mykolayiv. The winner of this pair, in the quarterfinal, in Slobozhanske, plays against the winner of the pair "Lvivska Poltekhnika" - Sumy Region team BC "SumDU" .

The first stage of the Cup of Ukraine will be held between February 14 and 17.

Its four winners will participate in the Final Four. The pairs of the 1/2 finals will be determined by drawing lots.

The final four of the Cup of Ukraine is scheduled for March 2-3, 2024. The venue will be determined later.
