The National team of the Czech Republic led by the head coach of "Prometey" Ronen Ginzburg and with the center of our team Ondrej Balvin held its penultimate match of the qualification for the World Cup 2023. Czech team hosted the vice-champion of Europe, French National team, and lost to them with a score of 59:72.

Ondrej Balvin spent 27 minutes on the court, scoring 8 points and making 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals.

Even earlier, Czech team lost even theoretical chances to make it to the World Cup. They will play their last match of qualification on Sunday, February 26. The team of Ginzburg and Balvin will play a road match against the National team of Montenegro.
