“Prometey” guard Denys Lukashov shared his emotions after recovery from the serious injury and coming back to the court in today’s LEBL match against “Tartu”

- You underwent rehabilitation after the severe injury and finally turned back to the court. What are your feelings?

- Yeah, today was my coming back after almost eight months: injury, surgery, recovery. It was quite a difficult path. I have been working almost every day this summer and finally I am back, I have been looking forward to it.

First of all, I would like to thank basketball club “Prometey” and its management, coaches, especially Mantas Valchiukaitis, our strength and conditioning coach, who paid me a lot of attention during this summer. And Bohdan, who provided all the necessary procedures. And also to everyone who supported me during this difficult time.

It was a difficult game for us today. We expected it. "Tartu" somewhat has changed comparing to the previous season, several experienced players have joined them, so we were preparing for a serious game.

Denys Lukashov had 3 minutes and 35 seconds against “Tartu”on the court and scored two points.
