A player of BC “Prometey” is in the first team of the EuroCup 2022/2023 season based on the results of fans, journalists, head coaches and teams’ captains voting.

All along the season, EuroCup fans had an opportunity to enjoy powerful dunks by our forward. However, D.J. is about much more than just dunks. In his second EuroCup season, 32-year-old Stephens scored on average 13.2 points, made 5.9 rebounds and had PE 15.1. He helped “Prometey” make it to the semi-final.

This season, even despite the injury, Stephens played in all matches of “Prometey” in the EuroCup and was one of main creators of “Prometey’s” 13-match winning streak. This streak helped our team sit in first place in Group A and entered the top-4 strongest tournament teams. In the post-season, Stephens improved his average indicators of the regular season, scoring 14.0 points and making 7.0 rebounds. Besides that, DJ is in the fourth place in the EuroCup with his 72.8% accuracy of two-pointers .
