EuroCup rival of “Prometey” in the 2022/2023 season, “Ratiopharm Ulm” from Germany (in the EuroCup group round the teams exchanged victories), became the Champion of its country for the first time.

In the final series against “Bonn Telekom” with a score of 1:1, “Ratiopharm Ulm” won both home confrontations, which allowed them to become the strongest team of Germany. At the same time, the club from Ulm played the entire playoffs with only the seventh seed.

In the EuroCup, “Ratiopharm Ulm” reached the quarterfinal, giving in to Turkish “Turk Telekom” at this stage. On the way to the final, Turkish club defeated our “Prometey”.
