On March 29, the decisive part of the 2023/2024 season - playoff games - started in the Latvian-Estonian basketball league Pafbet. At the quarterfinal stage, three matches of the series up to two victories were played. In all of them, the hosting teams and clubs with a higher seeding number turned out to be stronger.

The winner of the regular season "Kalev/Kramo" has defeated its compatriots from "Parnu Sadam" (number 8) - 83:77. "VEF Riga" (number 3) celebrated success in the confrontation with compatriots from "Rigas Zelli" (number 6) - 87:72, and Latvian "Ventspils" (number 4) - with Estonian "Tartu Ulicool" (number 5) – 103:69.
