The men's National team of Ukraine continues preparations for the qualification matches of the 2023 World Cup and the final part of EuroBasket 2022. Today, on August 15, the team left for Finland, where they will practice at the short gathering and on August 18, they will play a test match against the local National team. Finish, as a reminder, continue the struggle to reach the finals of the World Championship and will play at the European Championship.

14 players remained in the Ukrainian National team. Among them are four Prometey players: Denys Lukashov, Illia Sydorov, Issuf Sanon and Ivan Tkachenko.

Due to Russia's military invasion of Ukraine, our National teams are holding home matches abroad. August 24 — on Independence Day of Ukraine — the national team plays a home match against Italy in in Riga, Latvia.
