We are pleased to inform that a guard Marcus Keene (06.05.1995, 178 cm, 80 kg) has become another newcomer of BC “Prometey”.

Marcus was born in San Antonio, Texas, USA. American guard is a graduate of Central Michigan University. In 2017, in one of NCAA matches he scored 50 points (10 accurate three-point shots)! Marcus started his career in Europe at the highest level in 2020 having signed contract with Estonian “Kalev/Cramo”. As part of his team, he straight away became the champion of the Latvian-Estonian league. In the 2021/2022 season, playing for Italian “Varese”, “Prometey” newbie became one of the best shooters of Series A. In the previous season, Marcus Keene, as part of French “Strasbourg”, distinguished with his productiveness in the French championship (LNB Pro A, on average 20.0 points per match) and Champions League (18.1 points). Markus' performance indicators in the French championship are slightly lower than those of another summer rookie of our club - Ronald March, and in the Champions League, he became the third best scorer.
