On August 31, in the evening, the men's National basketball team of Ukraine arrived in Milan, where they will play a match in the group round of the final part of EuroBasket-2022. This is announced on the website of the Basketball Federation of Ukraine.

After the morning training in the capital of Latvia, the national team, with 12 players in the roster, left for Italy. Already on September 1, the Ukrainian National team will have their first training session on the court of the Mediolanum Forum arena, which will host matches of the European Championship.

In addition to training, as part of the media day, players and coaches of the Ukrainian national team will take part in a photo session; and head coach Ainars Bagatskis and captain Denys Lukashov will participate in a press conference dedicated to the start of EuroBasket. The press conference starts at 2:15 p.m.

As a reminder, our team will play their first match at the championship on September 2 against the Great Britain National team. The game starts at 15:15 Kyiv time.
