Comment by the center of BC “Prometey” Ondrej Balvin on the eve of the Latvian-Estonian league semi-final game against “Tartu”.

- Ondrej, you played 75 minutes on the court in two last games. How are you feeling now?

- I am OK. That is kind of thing that is expected from me, to step up when there are some problems. I am just trying to do my job and do whatever the best I can provide for the team.

- You did an unbelievable great job in the two previous matches (40 points, 17/19 from the game, 29 rebounds). What can you say about the next game against “Tartu”?

- Oh, “Tartu”… I think, they are having a great season, you know, especially the way they are finishing. I think, they had a really great fight with “Ventspils” in the playoffs. So I am just expecting a big fight against them. We have won both games, but at their place, we had big problems in first three quarters, especially with their American guard. But I think, that’s something we are able to handle.

- We are going to be in Tallinn for four days. Does your dog miss you when you are away?

- He is used to it. It’s difficult for anytime. When I see him again, he is so happy, but this is kind of his nature. Anytime I come back home just from the practice, he is just happy to see me. So I think for him, emotions are always the same; he is super excited to see me.
