Comment by the center of BC “Prometey” Ondrej Balvin on the eve of the EuroCup semi-final.

- Ondrej, before, you have already played in the EuroCup quarterfinal. It was five years ago. But the semi-final is for the first time for you. It’s a successful return to Europe for you, isn’t it?

- Yeah, definitely, but a few years back when we played it with “Gran Canaria” it was kind of different situation, it was different system. So I think it’s more entertaining, more fun because everything is about one game. It’s giving completely different spark to the games that we play.

- You have played with Axel Bouteille in “Bilbao”. What do you remember and what can you say about him?

- Great scorer. He was a good friend, that moment he had really great season with us in “Bilbao”. And, obviously, it’s going to be a little bit different player than three years ago when we played together. I just always liked anytime I looked their games. He was always the best player of the team, so, obviously, he is really important for “Turk Telekom”.

- We know how hot Turkish fans are. Is it good for us to play the semi-final at home?

- Definitely! The home court advantage is always important. Especially in the way when the EuroCup playoffs are played in this format. And especially I would say that last several games we had great crowd at Arena Riga, there were a lot of fans and I feel like every game we play with more and more people and it’s starting having really amazing atmosphere. It’s always positively affects the home team.
