Exactly in a month the new season in the men's Premier League will start. Within the framework of the 2021/22 championship, 14 clubs that have passed licensing and meet the requirements of the championship will play.

The teams are divided into two subgroups - 7 in each. The teams will play in their groups in four rounds according to the calendar system with travels in paired matches (two games on their own court, two games on the opponent's court).

4 best teams from each group will go to the second stage of the competition in which they will play (wall to wall) against the four best teams from the other group and will determine the assignment of places from 1st to 8th place. After that, play-off matches will be played, where the 1st place will play with the 8th, the second team with the 7th, the 3rd with the 6th, and the 4th with the 5th.

The teams that took on the first stage the 5th and lower places will play according to the tour system in two rounds with the teams of the other group and will play for places from 9 to lower.

Our "Prometey-2-DDTU" is included into group 1. Their rivals are "Dnipro-2-DVUFK-SDYUSSHOR №5 (Dnipro)", "National team of Cherkasy Region-Cherkasy Monkeys-2" (Cherkasy), BC "Mariupol", "MBK-2-NIKO-SDYUSSHOR 4" (Nikolaev) , "Polytechnic" (Kharkiv) and SSU (Sumy).

In the starting paired round of the championship our team on October 2 and 3 will play in Nikolaev with local "MBK-2-NIKO-SDYUSSHOR 4".
