The Basketball Federation of Ukraine announced receiving of five application forms for the right to host matches of the first stage of the Cup of Ukraine. They were sent by four Superleague clubs (“Dnipro”, “Staryi Lutsk”, “Kyiv-Basket”, “Prykarpattia-Hoverla”) and “Prometey”, which plays in the High league and has secured participating in the tournament as the leader of the championship.

The pairs of the first stage will be determined by drawing lots, which will take place tomorrow, on January 23, at 12:00.

The first stage of the Cup of Ukraine will be held between February 14 and 17, the Final Four is scheduled for March 2-3.
