“Prometey” managed to extend its winning streak in the High league confidently defeating in Lviv the local “Politechnika”.
During the first half of the game, Oleksandr Pashchenko’s team allowed their rivals to score just six points, hitting 35 in respond. In spite of all opponent’s efforts, it was actually impossible to make up for such a serious lag. So the “titans” continued playing their basketball increasing their advantage.
As a result, “Prometey” has won all four quarters repeating the record of productiveness for one team in the High league match this season. Five “red-and-white” basketball players at once scored more than 10 points: Maksym Bezyma (16), Dmytro Holovchyk (15), Oleksandr Petrenko (15), Dmytro Trykolenko(12) and Mykhailo Bublyk (10).
This win is the tenth one for the team in the High league season. Tomorrow, “Prometey” is playing the final match of the bubble in Lviv against “Sambir”, which is still also undefeated. The game starts at 10:00.
