“Prometey” (High league of Ukrainian championship) started its game programme of the bubble in Lviv with a match against BC “DiDiBao”. The “titans” gained another victory in the championship with a score of 92:69, the 9th in a row.
Our team’s rival offered quite a successful resistance in the first quarter; however, it was “Prometey”, who went for the first break in a status of the leader. Oleksandr Pashchenko’s squad scored the exact half of its asset (12 points) in the 3-second zone. As for three-point shots, only 2 of seven attempts were successful (both by Ihor Klimov).
In the second quarter, the “titans” became more reliable in defense and their advantage reached two dozen points back in the middle of this segment.
To the honour of the players from Kamianets-Podilskyi, all through the second half of the game, they tried to impose competitive fight on the “red-and-white” and even won the final quarter. However, this local success could not affect the final result of this match.
Mykhailo Bublyk became the most productive player of our team – 17 points. Denys Klevzunyk has one point less.
Tomorrow, on November 18, “Prometey” plays against the hosts of the bubble – “Lvibska Politechnika-KIVS”.
