Men’s Ukrainian National basketball team came off a confident victory over the Netherlands 96:77 in the road match of the WC-2023, which took place in the city of Almere (Nitherlands).

Four players of “Prometey” considerably contributed in this success. Herewith, three of them (Illia Sydorov, Oleksandr Lypovyy and Ivan Tkachenko) came out in the starting five. Illia Sydorov set a personal record of productiveness in the National team having scored 25 points. 10 his throws out of 18 attempts turned out to be accurate, herewith 4 three-pointers out of 7 (57 percent). Illia’s rating of efficiency, who made 5 productive assists is 22 points.

Ivan Tkachenko added 10 points to the assets of the National team. Oleksandr Lypovyy recorded 9 points there, and Denys Lukashov added 5 poins plus 9 productive assists. “Prometey” players spent on the court from 21 to 26 minutes.

National team of Ukraine obtained the second victory in the second group qualification tournament for the WC-2023; on November 14 in Riga, our team will hold the next game against the National team of Iceland.
