The basketball players of the National men's team of Ukraine took part in the rally in support of the heroes of Azovstal, which took place in Riga.

Among the Prometey players, Illia Sydorov, Ivan Tkachenko and Issuf Sanon took part in it.

Our basketball players, together with other activists, called on the world community to react to the tragedy that happened on Friday in the occupied Olenivka colony, and to recognize the Russian Federation as a state sponsor of world terrorism.

Similar actions are currently being held in many cities and countries around the world, including Berlin (Germany), Krakow (Poland), Istanbul (Turkey), Montreal (Canada), Frankfurt (Germany), Remerberg (Germany), Geneva (Switzerland), Warsaw (Poland), Batumi, Tbilisi (Georgia), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Alicante (Spain) and London (Great Britain).
