Academy “Prometey” team born in 2009 obtained a victory in the one-day tournament “Winter Tournament Ternivka 2023”. It was organised by the CYSS “Temp” (Ternivka) and three teams, which played two matches with each other each, fought for the main prize.

First, boys of “Prometey” played against their peers from BC “Vostok” (Lozova). The hosts of the court mighty held the first half of the game. Quick attack particularly worked for our guys, which resulted in a large number of points scored in the fast breaks.

During the match, “Prometey” was in lead by almost 20 points. At this moment, the coaching staff resorted to a large-scale rotation, giving some game minutes to each boy. The opponent managed to reduce its lag, but still was not able to save the match: "Prometey" won 57:51.

Our boys’ success turned out to be more convincing in the confrontation against CYSS “Temp” – 82:49.

This tournament was very useful for our team before their next performances in AYBL.
