New Year and Christmas holidays are going on. At the same time, basketball life in our country has already been restored with matches of the 1/8 finals of the Men's Cup of Ukraine. In the coming days, all three basketball teams of our club will hold their first official matches in 2022. In this article, we invite all of you, loyal fans of "Prometey", to return to a happy for the club 2021 year! It has brought to club five trophies at once, and with them - a lot of incredible positive impressions for all of us! To return - in chronological order, emphasizing the main milestones in "Prometey" life, which relate not only to the victories of our three teams.

January 26. On this day, the men's team of Prometey made its debut in the FIBA European Cup with a match against Kyiv-Basket in the Bulgarian city of Samokov. The debut was successful: "Prometey" won 72:66. A week earlier, the women's "Prometey" team debuted in the European arena. Unfortunately, our girls in the Hungarian city of Gyor lost to the representative of Hungary "Atomeroma KSK Szekszárd" - 80:106.

January 26. With the victory in Liepaja, Latvia, over the club of the same name (90:73), the women's "Prometey" team made its debut in the Eastern European League (EWBL).

January 29. The men's team "Prometey" defeats the Austrian "Kapfenberg" (64:58) and enters the playoffs of the FIBA European Cup from first place in the group. In the 1/8 finals of the tournament on March 23, our team lost to Belgian "Belfius Mons" (81:88).

March 7. Women's "Prometey" confidently wins BC "Chaika-CYSS-Berdyansk" (112:74) in the final of the Cup of Ukraine and wins the first club trophy!

March 14 and 15. The women's team "Prometey" twice wins the Lithuanian "Kibirkstis-MRU" in Kamianske (87:59 and 71:58) and reaches the EWBL Four Cup Finals.

March 21. Women's "Prometey" completes the regular season without a single defeat!

April 9. Israeli specialist Ronen Ginzburg becomes a head coach of men's Prometey.

April 10. The women's team of Prometey defeats Kyiv-Basket in the final series of the championship with a score of 3:0 and becomes the best team in the country, without suffering any defeats!

May 14. Men's "Prometey" in Kamyanske wins "Khimik" from Yuzhne in the first playoff match in its history - 82:69.

June 7. "Prometey-2-DDTU" becomes the winner of the Youth League! In the final, our team defeated "MBK-2-NIKO-SDYSSOR-4".

June 14. Men's "Prometey" in the third match of the final series win an away match with BC "Zaporizhzhia" (88:83) and for the first time in history becomes the champion of Ukraine!

September 14. Three months after their triumph, "Prometey" debuted in the Champions League qualifiers with a victory in Sofia over BC "Levski Lukoil" from Bulgaria - 96:56.

September 18. "Prometey" in a dramatic duel defeats the Russian "Parma" (67:65) and wins a ticket to the Champions League!

September 22. Men's "Prometey" obtained their second trophy, beating the capital's "Budivelnyk" in Kyiv in the Super Cup - 104:99.

October 6. "Prometey" made his debut in the Champions League with an unfortunate defeat by the Spanish "Lenovo Tenerife" (70:73).

October 14. Women's "Prometey" wins the first victory in history in EuroCup Women. At home, our team defeated Romanian "Sepsi" with a score of 86:64.

October 27. Men's "Prometey" wins first victory in the Champions League. Success fell on the away match against Italian "Dynamo Sassari" - 87:79.

November 24. Women's "Prometey" in the fifth round of the group tournament EuroCup Women overcomes this stage!

December 8. The confident victory of the men's "Prometey" over "Dynamo Sassari" (89:56) brings them to the play-in of the Champions League!

December 16 and 22. Women's "Prometey" twice beats the Swiss "Elfib Friborg" - 96:82 and 85:54 and reaches the 1/8 finals of EuroCup Women!
