Comment by the head coach of BC “Prometey” Ronen Ginzburg after the EuroCup semi-final:

- First of all, my congratulations to “Turk Telekom”. They won this game, I din’t know deserved or not, but they won this game. Congratulations and good luck for them in the final.

It was a typical playoff game, semi-final, with a lot of ups and downs. The opponent made some big shots and we didn’t. One-on-one, successful difficult attempts by Axel Bouteille, but it’s part of the game.

In the end, when the game goes here and there, the little things can decide everything. I think, today we missed too many today.

But, in the end, if to summarise the season, I am proud of all players, I am proud of what they did. I am proud of the organisation, fans. In the beginning, there were 500 people here. Now, you see, much more people are coming.

For sure, we will think about this game and everybody will remember this three, four, five weeks, but in the end, we have to be proud of our season.

- Which players made the most progress during the season in your opinion?

- First of all, DJ Stephens made a great progress this season. And Balvin also played well. Listen, we played great! Some people don’t understand, but last three weeks, because of injuries, we had seven players on practice . Also, big improvement from Agada and Ivan Tkachenko. I think, 90% of our players are satisfied with the season as an individual and as a team.

When play on this level you need to think about little things to make it and we didn’t today.

“Prometey” has a lot of ambitions. For sure, we need to build a new team. Some players, I believe they will leave. We need to find the others and build a new team that will continue what we did this season.
