In the Czech Republic, Neno had to get used to a slightly different culture and the Czech way of drinking beer. However, he always trusted the players and permitted them some needed freedom, which deepened the mutual relations and respect even more. Neno formed a friendship with the team's main star, Tomasz Satoranski, at whose wedding he was a guest, and attended several of his NBA games.

Cooperation bore fruit in 2015, when Czech team surprised everyone with their seventh place at the European Championship. The following year, National Czech team failed the qualification for the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro; however then, for the first time in the history of the Independent Czech Republic, the team made it to the World Cup in China in 2019. It was a tough group and remarkable performances; at the end, the Czechs sat in sixth place. Herewith, the National team of the USA finished one line behind!

Finally, for the first time in their independent history, the Czechs played at the Olympics in 2020 in Tokyo, Japan, where they managed to make it through the qualification. And Ginzburg's squad took the ninth place at the Olympics.

Undoubtedly, the “home” European Championship 2022 turned out to be the culmination of many years of work and kind of award. Prague was one of the four host cities and, after many decades, hosted the best European teams. The National team managed to advance from the group where they opposed to the teams from Serbia, Finland. Poland, Netherlands and Israel. However, in the 1/8 finals, which was held in Berlin, the team lost to Greece.
