Today, on August 27, the men's National basketball team of Ukraine will play their second match of the second round of selection for the 2023 World Cup. In the final game of the August window, Ainars Bagatskis' team will oppose the National team of Iceland. This is reported on the website of the Basketball Federation of Ukraine.

On the eve of the match, the coaching staff of the Ukrainian National team decided on the squad for the game. The list of 12 players included “Prometey” basketball players: Denys Lukashov, Illia Sydorov and Ivan Tkachenko. However, another one of our players, Issuf Sanon, dis not in the list as he was injured and did not join the team.

The match between Iceland and Ukraine will start at 23:00 Kyiv time.
