Tomorrow, on December 5, the BKT EuroCup second tour in group A is opening with the match “Hamburg” – “Prometey”. The “titans” will oppose one of the two group teams that so far have not been able to offer decent resistance to other eight ones. At the moment, “Hamburg” has 1-8 balance and in the first tour, tomorrow’s rival of our team did not manage to trounce any of clubs situated higher in the tournament standings.

This fact alone testifies in favour of the fact that the role of the upcoming match favourite must be given to Ronen Gingburg’s team. However, it would be unforgiveable mistake to underestimate the German club since it will be a home match for them. In their domestic championship, “Hamburg” in in the playoff zone with 6-4 balance, which demonstrates certain team’s strength. “Prometey” head coach Roinen Ginzburg put an emphasis to that: “We will play against a representative of the strong German league who will play at home. This is a very athletic team that plays confidently on the home court”.

However, from the point of the group tournament strategy, it is highly undesirable for "Prometey" to lose tomorrow, even despite the fact that all main events will occur later. So, let’s wish our team to gain such a much-needed victory!
