On September 30, at 16:00 at Arena Riga will be a great opening of the Latvian-Estonian basketball league new season!

At 16:00, the current champion BC Prometey is playing against its former quarterfinal rival BC Viimsi. Let us recall, in spring, the teams exchanged home victories and the destiny of advancing to the Final four should have decided in the third game, which also went in the fierce fight.

As a reminder, there are two Ukrainian basketball player in a roster of BC Viimsi – a player of U18 National team Illia Lishchyna and Ukrainian National team, Artem Kovaliov.  The assistant head coach is also Ukrainian specialist Dmytro Kolomiichenko.

However, the game Prometey – Viimsi is not the only one to be held at Arena Riga this evening.

At 19:00, a debutant of the Latvian-Estonian league Riga Zelli will come on the floor against Estonian Keila.

One ticket will work for two matches. Yes, you got it right – with one ticket, you can attend both games!

But that is not all!

At 18:00, in the break between the games, Ralfs Eilands’ concert will be for your attention. In addition, during the long break of the second game, you can enjoy a stand-up by Rudolfs Kugrens.

DJ Karlis Kilkuts will cheer you up all through basketball evening.

During both games, there will be contests and surprises for our spectators, the craziest of which is “Superthrow Betsafe” – you can win 5 000 euros for the accurate shot from the centre of the court! This contest will be held during the breaks of both games.
