On August 20, at 17:00, the National team of the Czech Republic under the leadership of the head coach of "Prometey" Ronen Ginzburg will play a friendly match with the Italian national team, which will play with the National team of Ukraine in Riga in three days. This will be a decisive match for Ukrainians in the qualification for the World Cup.

And already on September 5, the team of Ainars Bagatskis will play against the Italians at the EuroBasket in Milan.

Ronen Ginzburg's team is waiting for qualification games for the World Cup – on August 24 is in France, on August 27 is at home against Hungary. At EuroBasket, the Czech National team will play at home in Prague. Their opponents are Serbia, the Netherlands, Finland, Poland and Israel.

In addition to Italy, the Ukrainians will also play against the teams of Greece, Croatia, Great Britain and Estonia at the European Championship.
