In the central match of the 7DAYS EuroCup 13th tour, “Prometey” hostet Spanish club “Joventut Badalona” on the court of “Arena Riga”. Our team defeated the opponent with a score of 95:90 and became a sole leader of the group!

Already in the 5th minute the advantage of the best club of Ukraine reached double-digit mark – 16:6. “Red and white” continued dominating all along the entire first half of the game and went for the long break with the precedence by 11 points (49:38).

The spurt of the team from Badalona during the first five minute of the third quarter allowed them to take the lead for the first time in the match (54:53). However, “Prometey” managed to take back both initiative and a lead in score, which reached 15 points before the last break (72:57). In the final 10-minute segment, the best club of Ukraine managed to lead the game to the victorious end.

DJ Kennedy became the most effective player of “Prometey” – 23points.

In one week, on February 8, in a status of a group leader, Ukrainians will host Slovenian “Cedevita Olimpija”.
