The men’s National teamof Uktaine has playes the final match before the Olympic pre-qualification. Vitalii Stepanovskyi’s team lost to the Netherlands with a score of 75:76.

The game was ended one and a half minutes before the regular time finished. The teams made a decision to end the match earlier due to excessive humidity in the sports hall, which could lead to injuries.

Two “Prometey” players participated in the match – Viacheslav Petrov and Andrii Voinalovych. They both came out in the starting five of Ukrainian team. Andrii has played 32 minutes and scored 10 points + 4 rebounds + 1 assist. Statistics of Viacheslav Petrov was as follows: 18 minutes, 0 points + 1 rebound + 3 assists.

On August 12, with a match against Bulgaria, Ukrainian National team is starting in the pre-qualification.
