On January 5 and 6, "Prometey" plays two road matches of the Latvian-Estonian Pafbet League in Tallinn. Two clubs from the capital of Estonia, which are currently at the opposite poles of the tournament standings, will be the rivals of the "titans".
First, Ronen Ginzburg’s team will oppose the club "Tallinn Kalev/SNABB", which with a disappointing balance of 2-14 is placed on the last position of the standings. On December 16, the teams played a match of the first tour, where the "titans" beat the opponent with a score of 107:62, setting their record for performance of the current season.
Next, the Ukrainian club is awaited by a confrontation with the LEBL leader "Kalev/Kramo". At the end of November, “Prometey”, despite its rival’s status, played one of the best matches of the season, defeating the strongest Estonian team with a score of 103:72.
The match on January 6 is extremely important for both teams. It is able to affect the winner determination of the LEBL regular season in many ways, and probably the "titans" will have more problems at the “Kalev/Cramo” site than they had in the first confrontation at home. Moreover, in the 2022/2023 season, “Kalev/Cramo” was the only team to defeat the Ukrainian club in the two-tour tournament of the first part of the season.
The course of events in the matches "Tallinn Kalev/SNABB" - "Prometey" and "Kalev/Cramo" - "Prometey" can be followed on January 5 and 6 via broadcasts on "DIVISPORT" TV channel, as well as YouTube, starting at 19:00 .
