In its final match of the 7DAYS EuroCup regular season, “Prometey” hosted Italian club “Umana Reyer Venice” at “Arena Riga”. With a score of 93:76, our team obtained the 11th straight and 14th in general win in the tournament.

The hosts of the court gave a bright start. Already at the 6 minute, their handicap was over double-digit mark – 17:5. For the first break, the teams went with “+15” in favour of “Prometey” (33:18).

A remarkable starting quarter turned into mediocre for Ukrainian club second one. According to its results, the advantage of “red and white” was just one possession – 46:43.

After a long break, “Prometey” not only regained the needed rhythm, but also 15-point handicap like in the first quarter (in the 28th minute). The final ten-minute segment, “Prometey” played very consistently surpassed the rival in all regards.

On April 11, in the play-off first round, “Prometey” will play against “Hamburg Towers” from Germany. In their only confrontation, the teams will determine the quarter-finalists of the EuroCup.
