The comment of the head coach of BC “Prometey” Ronen Ginzburg after the match with BC “Joventut”:

-First of all, I congratulate “Joventut” on the victory. They were slightly better than us today. We played well in the first half. In the 5-6 minutes of the third quarter, we made all possible mistakes in defense and offense. But I am happy that we came back to the game. We showed up our character. That is very important. We used more substitute players; they came out and demonstrated they are not going to give up. We came back into the game. Unfortunately, some trifles at the end of the match tipped the scales in favour of the opponent.

-Couch, at the end of the match, did you think you could win this match?

-Sure, as I saw that the opponents lost confidence. We felt we could make it. Unfortunately, we did not realise many open shots today. From the long-range, we hit only 10 out of 41. However, we believed in victory until the end. After five minutes of the first quarter, it seemed that everything leads to our crushing loss, but we made it to the game.

-Issuf Sanon was injured during the game. How serious is it?

-He gets the similar injury not for the first time during the game – the same injury, the same leg. Hope, everything will be fine with him.
